Delivery within Ukraine

If the item is in stock, we dispatch your order within up to 10 days from the moment the order is confirmed.

If you order items that are currently not in stock, please check the production and dispatch time with our manager.

Delivery options

  • Courier delivery to your door – according to the tariffs of the selected courier service.
  • Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch – the parcel is shipped from our warehouse to the carrier’s warehouse.

Most of our products, especially those made of solid wood, weigh more than 30 kg. When choosing a Nova Poshta branch, please make sure that the allowed parcel weight at this branch matches the total weight of your order. Up-to-date information is available on the carrier’s website.

Please note: products are shipped in a disassembled state, packed in cardboard boxes. We do not provide on-site assembly.

Pick-up from our warehouse

You can collect your order from our warehouse at:
Ukraine, Kirovohrad region, Kropyvnytskyi,
50 Darvina Street.

Free delivery

For orders with a total amount of more than 30,000 UAH, delivery within Ukraine is free of charge.

If you place an order for custom-made items, please check the delivery details (and, if needed, assembly options) with our manager.

Payment methods

  • Payment to the courier upon receipt – payment is made at the moment you receive the goods.
  • Payment at the warehouse (pick-up point) – payment on site when collecting your order.
  • Online payment via LiqPay – 100% prepayment. You can pay with any VISA or MasterCard. The payment may be processed within 1–3 banking days.
  • Bank transfer – after placing the order you will receive bank details for payment. Our manager will contact you if any clarification is needed.
  • Other payment methods – available by prior agreement with our manager.

For items in stock: payment is 100% of the order amount.
For items produced to order: 70% prepayment before production starts and 30% before dispatch.

Warranty and returns

Warranty service is provided in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine on consumer protection. The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date the goods are delivered to the client.

According to the current legislation, you may exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

  • the goods have not been used and show no signs of wear or damage (scratches, chips, scuffs, etc.);
  • the goods have not been assembled or installed and retain their original appearance;
  • the full set and original packaging are preserved;
  • all labels, instructions and factory markings are intact;
  • you have a document confirming the purchase (receipt, sales contract, payment document, etc.).

Important: custom-made goods of proper quality, produced according to the customer’s individual dimensions or drawings, cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
